Call to Order:
A quorum being present, Mayor Duane Linford, called the meeting to order at 7:00pm.

That the agenda be accepted as presented.
That the minutes of the regular meeting July 16th, 2014 be approved as read. Carried.

That the accounts be accepted as presented/attached.
That the financials be accepted as presented.
Business Arising From Minutes:

That we do not get Accidental Death and Dismemberment
for part time employees or volunteers at this time.

That Ashley contact Dean Linford to get a quote for tree removal. Carried.
Lot 9 Block 15 Plan 84H03228 :

That we sell this lot to the Bruvold’s. Carried.
Munisoft Online Training:

That Ashley attend two online training sessions through
Munisoft at a cost of $100. Carried.
Job Postings on SUMA website:

That we put the Townman/Water Treatment Plant Operator
and Assistant Administrator job postings on the SUMA website for one month at a cost of $150 per posting. Carried.
Ron Hido Wage:
151/14 H. Linford:
That we pay Ron Hido $22.50 per hour plus $.38/km
mileage for looking after our water treatment plant while searching for a new operator/training new operator. Carried.
Sam Anderson Wage:
152/14 D. Linford:
That we pay Sam $15/hr now that he has taken over the town man duties as well as grass cutting. Make retroactive to when Sam took over for Tom Stark. Carried.

That we pay councilors $20/hr for their work in town while
we are without a town man. Carried.
School Heating System:
That we shut the heat off in the south end of the school and
move to a smaller boiler. Kevin Acton will be installing the new boiler. Carried.
Tanner Linford Wage:
That we pay Tanner Linford $10/hr. Carried.

That Ashley talk to Klebeck Law Office in Wynyard and
see what our next steps are to handle the dog bite issue.
